Competition took the slot of Dignity, which overlapped Respect and Pride. It came from a school argument. On a Mumsnet thread about sports day, some parents said competition teaches children to win and lose. Others said it publicly shames the slower ones. That makes it a good card for classes and teams, where both views are in the room. It shares the Work cluster with Success, Work and Balance.
The other side is Bench. It was chosen for memorial benches and for the conversations people remember having on one.
