Passport
Luck took the place of Empathy, which sat too close to Kindness. It’s a light card with a split inside: some players say you make your own luck, others point to where and to whom they were born.
The other side is a Passport. In a forum thread about fireproof boxes, passports sit with the documents people protect first (Mumsnet). It also stands for identity and for who gets to travel freely. For players who’ve migrated or fled, it can be a heavy side.
Draw the card and choose a side: Luck or Passport. Roll the die. Look at the word from that side. Either side can be chosen, and the card can be passed.
